Our goal is to make product co-packing easy.
We’ve developed these six simple steps to turn concept into creation
Everything starts here. Understanding your product goal is critical as we work to build something your customers will love. This intake form, along with good communication from a member of our sales team, will ensure a successful product launch.
STEP 1 | F6 Intake Form
Now that we have your Intake Form, our team will build a product pricing estimate for your review and approval. We are committed to helping our clients reach their cost goals and come up with a plan for a product they can be proud of.
STEP 2 | ESTIMATE
Our highly skilled R&D team will formulate your product sample and make sure it reaches your custom specifications. We want this step to be exciting for our clients. With cooperative partnerships and years of experience, we hope to exceed your expectations. Our R&D fee is $1,000 and includes up to three rounds of sample revisions.
STEP 3 | R&D
STEP 4 | INVOICE, SPEC SHEETS, DOWNPAYMENT
After you approve the R&D sample, we will send a product specification sheet and an invoice for the down payment. Our typical terms are 60% down and 40% prior to finished product shipment.

STEP 5 | SOURCING, PRODUCTION, TESTING
Once your spec sheet is signed and the down payment is received, the Factory6 magic happens. Our buyers, lab technicians, and project managers hit the ground running to guarantee the success of your bespoke order. Many steps go into the production of your product, including quality and consistency, which is top priority when fulfilling an order. We work hard to accomplish this big step in as little as 8-10 weeks for the first order and 6-8 weeks for re-orders.
STEP 6 | Final invoice, Coas, shipping
Now that product testing is complete and QA has signed off, you’ll get a final invoice, Product Certificate of Analysis, shipping information, and a massive congratulations from the Factory6 team!
