Our catalog includes a tight list of suppliers that follow strict quality control protocols and understand what we expect. Supporting local farms and people when we can is a priority, but many of the plants and herbs used in dietary supplements are not grown here in America. Our goal is quality and effectiveness, so we head straight to the source. We scrutinize every detail, from the origin of ingredients to cultivation methods, assuring the absence of contaminants or adulterants. 

Ingredient Testing

Purity and safety is absolutely vital. Though the ingredients we get in have already been tested prior to arrival, we get a certification of analyses of our own. Other than meticulously adhering to protocols, our reputation is paramount. We know what we ship out becomes a part of our client’s reputation as well, so our team takes this step very seriously.

Any ingredient we receive is immediately put into quarantine. We then remove a specific amount of its contents and send it in for third-party testing. These results give us a comprehensive spec sheet to evaluate identity, purity, and contaminants. There can be zero room for doubt if we want to create a ripple effect of trust and repeatable business. After our highly skilled quality assurance team reviews the data and gives us the “go”, it’s mixing time.

Our formulation rooms run on a fully integrated ERP system and dedicated employees who work hard to prepare the best. When each ingredient is combined together in its powdered form, we once again send a sample out for third-party testing. The validity of our clients’ labels cannot be questioned. Brands that do business with us are backed with proof and paperwork.
